Club Events

Classic Men & Women, Reserves Men & Women, Division 1 Ladies turf training is on Tuesdays from, 6pm to 8pm.

U16 boys and girls training is on Tuesdays from 5 to 6 pm.

The club is conducting a woring bee on the 25 and 26 Feb 2012. 

There is currently a of tasks required to be completed (see below) indcluding paintiong the club and errecting the new club signs.

Most of the activities listed can be carried out simultaneously. The program will depend on the number of volunteers and equipment available.

Volunteers are requested to bring with them any equipment that will assist with any of the tasks listed below.
We are particularly interested if anyone has any of the following items that will assist with the working bee:

• Water blaster
• Trestles
• Paint spray equipment
• ladders

CLUBHOUSE

6-8 volunteers required to:
1. Clean the outside of the clubhouse using water blaster/s, brooms.
2. Paint the outside of the clubhouse.
     Guttering
     Fascia boards
     Eaves
     Trim around doors and windows
     External walls
3. Put up signs

4-6 volunteers required to:
1. Clean out the clubhouse
2. Clean out storage areas
3. Clean out cupboards
4. Clean out toilets
5. Clean out fridges

1 volunteer required to:
1. Sand and paint the back door

Shed
4 volunteers required to:
1. Clean out the shed
2. Mynah bird proof the shed

Fence
1-2 volunteers required to
1. Mend barbed wire on top of the fence
2. Straighten out the gate

Training commences for the girls under 13 teams at the CHA Turf.

Due to the number of girls anticipated playing in this age group Brothers and TAS will be holding combined trials.  

8 and 15 Feb 2012 - pre trail training in a group at CHA from 4.30 to 5.30 pm. 

22 and 29 Feb 2012 - trails at CHA from 4.30 to 6.30 pm.

1 Mar 2012 teams will be named and training will start in teams.   

Training commences for all Brother Maroon teams at the club rooms except for the Under 13 girls.  

Training will be in a group until the teams are announced.

Hooked into hockey will be at CHA details to be advised.

Fitness Training has started and is on Thursdays at the Brothers Hockey Club Clubrooms from 6 pm until 7-730 pm.

There is also a fitness session on Saturday Morning at 8 am at the pirate ship on the esplanade.
