Brothers Hockey Club (BHC) recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our website users and customers.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do collect personal information from you if you are registering through or purchasing items using our website or direct with BHC.
That information is only used for the purposes for which it is collected.

For example:

• For registration with the club as a member the information will be used for club maters including team naming, and promotional activities as the club deems fit.    

• For the fishing competition for registering and other activities associated with that competition only..

• For purchasing items for the purpose of purchasing items obtaining the money for goods and sending goods to use and other matters associated for that purpose.

The displaying of personal information about club members has been expressly given by each member.

USE OF AGGREGATE DATA
We may collect non-personal information to optimise our services including our Web pages for your computer (e.g identity of your Internet browser, the type of operating system you use, your IP address and the domain name of your Internet service provider). We may use such non-personal information for internal purposes, including but not limited to improving the content of our site.

SECURITY
BHC strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of our members. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.

ONLINE LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
BHC may have links to third party websites. However, we are not responsible for the contents of those website as thy are not controlled by BHC. For matters governing those websites please contact the relevant third party.

Refund Policy

GOODS
BHC is a not for profit sporting organisation which purchases goods from a third party for the supply of its members and supports of the club.  

If you have purchased items through this website or manually and there is an issue with the item please return it to a committee member and advise them of the issue. The matter will be brought to attention of the remaining committee members for determination. That determination will be advised in due course.

If you have purchased items from the club regardless of how, and the goods are the wrong size. The committee will exchange the item as long as it has not been used or soiled and you still have the rapping which it came to you in, if any.  Please bring your issue to a committee member.

REGISTRATIONS
BHC provides fund raising events throughout the year.

Your registration is not accepted until all the fees associated with registering has been received by BHC. If you have registered for a fund raising event and you cannot make it, please advise a committee member and they will seek a determination from the committee on the remedy you request.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is governed by the BHC Club Rules.  

If registering to play Hockey for a season, in general you are committing to all the fees and other costs associated with playing for the whole year. Please be advised that part of your fees may go to a third party (for example Cairns Hockey Association). Also registering with the third party you may have committed to a separate financial agreement with that party, while the fees may be collected by this club.  

If for uncontrollable circumstances, you then cannot commit for the whole of the year please provide your circumstances in writing and the remedy you seek to a committee member for determination.

If a third party is involved in the reedy you seek in providing a determination you may be directed to that party. Please refer to the club rules for further information on BHC club membership.

Delivery Policy

TROPPOS FISHING COMPEITION

No delivery is required for Troppos Fishing Competition purchases. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation to the Weigh In for proof of purchase.

UNIFORMS

All purchased uniforms will be given to the appropriate team manager by a member of BHCs committee. The manager will then give the purchaser the uniform at the next training/game. Uniforms will be received within 7-14 days.
